Hi! I’m Laura, Holistic Nutritionist and Mindfulness Facilitator. I’m really excited to be sharing with you an Eight Week Mindfulness Stress Reduction Program designed to give you effective tools to manage stress and implement mindfulness into your every day life.


Mindfulness meditation has been shown to:

  • Improve sleep 

  • Improve immune health

  • Lower blood pressure 

  • Improve digestive issues

In addition, this 8 Week Program aims to:

  • Develop resilience to life’s challenges


The program curriculum is provided through Mindfulness Without Borders, a leading provider of evidenced-based programs on mindfulness and social-emotional learning in communities around the world.

Theme Based Lessons

  • 8 theme based lessons including Practicing Gratitude, Handling Conflict Skillfully, Mind-Body Connection, and Emotional Intelligence

  • Learn practical tools to regulate emotions, improve focus, and effectively manage stress

  • Participants have time to partake in discussions related to the readings and and themes

Meditations and Take Away Practices

  • Guided in-session meditations to practice collectively including Mindful Eating

  • Recorded meditations to practice individually including Mindful Breathing, Body Scan, and Mindful Listening

  • Individual journaling assignments to give participants time to reflect and gain greater understanding of the themes

  • Presentation notes
