Program Description:

This individualized coaching program is designed to help you manage anxiety and stress and bring balance back into your life. Together we’ll help you get in tune with your body, and learn how to thrive through a holistic approach which supports you mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Through the combination of nutrition and lifestyle practices, including mindfulness meditation, you’ll get in-depth knowledge on how to improve your overall well-being while giving you accountability and motivation to reach your health goals.

✨You experience digestive issues including bloating, acid reflux, and discomfort

✨You have difficulty sleeping, either falling asleep or waking up at night

✨You have experienced or are experiencing disordered eating including restricting / binging

✨You feel sleepy after eating / crave sweets or foods rich in carbohydrates

✨You are experiencing hormonal imbalances including PMS, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and PCOS 


The Ease Your Anxiety program includes: 

During our 12 weeks together we’ll create a custom plan made just for you and your specific goals. This will include: 

One Hour Intake Session - An in depth consultation where we explore your health history, goals and concerns, lifestyle, diet, and any symptoms you’re having. 

Four Individualized protocols - These protocols include recipes, nourishing food recommendations, supplements specific to your body’s needs, and lifestyle recommendations. 

45 minute bi-weekly follow up sessions - During these sessions we’ll go over any questions, concerns, health goals, the progress you’re making on the program and how to best support you. We’ll also go more in depth on a wellness topic which most applies to you.

A Final Complementary Follow-up Session - During this session we’ll wrap up the program, go over one more wellness topic, and answer any questions.

12 weeks of access to me for coaching, questions, accountability, and support outside of sessions.
